My show got pushed back and I was a little worried at first, but ScoreBig sent me an update within maybe a day or so. My tickets still worked, and I didn’t have to email or call anyone like 5 times to figure it out. For an annoying situation, it was handled really smoothly.

I’m always a little cautious when entering payment info online, so I appreciated that this felt really straightforward and secure. Nothing seemed confusing or questionable, which gave me some reassurance and made the whole payment process easy
